Our user-friendly IOS and Android app allows you to view and accept substitute teaching assignments at any time. K-12 schools post substitute teaching assignments for half-day (Less than 4 hours) or full-day (More than 4 hours) assignments.You accept those assignments based on your location and availability.

Requirements to Become a Substitute Teacher for Mili Llama

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

A minimum of a high school degree. K-12 schools can require some college credits or a Bachelor’s degree.

Pass a fingerprint background check
and complete paid training.

Digital Badges

Mili Llama will issue digital badges for completing professional development courses.

Substitute teachers will receive badges for completing scheduled assignments and substitute teaching frequently.

Badges should be shared and celebrated. We make that easy by allowing you to download, email, or share your badges across social platforms.
